WHEEL SPACERS/ADAPTERS | BUY

What are Wheel Spacers?
Wheel Spacers are used to widen the width of the vehicle for stability and to add clearance to the front end when wider rims are being used. Wheel Spacers will allow the tire to clear obstacles when making sharp turns and will place your vehicle at the original manufactures (OEM) wheel offset when installing aftermarket rims.

What are Wheel Adapters?
Wheel Adapters are used to change the bolt-hole pattern on the vehicle to match the bolt-hole pattern on the rim. Wheel Adapters are useful if an axle swap has been done to make all hubs the same bolt-hole pattern. Wheel Adapters can also be used to put on aftermarket rims with different bolt-hole patterns.

What are Wheel Spacers/Adapters made from?
Wheel Spacers and Wheel Adapters are made from aircraft grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum or premium “new steel”. Studs and open end nuts are high quality automotive studs and are press-in with a 20T press.

Installation of Wheel Spacers and Wheel Adapters.
Jack-up the vehicle and carefully remove the vehicles tire. Clean the mounting surface on the vehicle’s mounting surface. Mount the wheel spacer/adapter on the vehicle as you would mount your tire. Using the supplied open nuts, bolt the wheel spacer/adapter on, torquing the nuts to the required specs (it might be necessary for someone to apply the brakes to tighten the nuts properly). Mount the tire on to the wheel spacer/adapter with the original nuts, torquing the nuts to the required specs and lower the vehicle to the ground. Re-torque the wheel spacer/adapter after 50,000km and check them occasionally.
